Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. My appointment confirmations are sent out 72 hours in advance via text and email because I understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks before. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment could be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee to rebook an appointment. “No Show” appointments will be require to pay 100% of the missed service to rebook any appointments.
